President & Executive Director
Adrian Ozarchievici CFP®
Adrian moved to NY in 2002 and started in financial services in 2003. By working full time and going to school at night, he largely self funded his Baruch Communications/ Finance/ Spanish degree. Adrian held a variety of banking roles at Bank of America and JPMorgan, then transitioned to investments in 2008 at Citi Smith Barney, right before the Financial Crisis, then acquired by Morgan Stanley in 2009. From 2011-2017 he was a VP Premier Financial Advisor with HSBC (in 2014 he was the first Advisor nationwide to receive the Gold Heart CEO Award for exemplary client service). Since 2017 he has been a VP Senior Financial Advisor for one of the largest Broker Dealers. He and his team continue to help families, business owners and professionals all over the country with a variety of Financial Planning, Private Banking and Investment services. He holds the CFP designation since 2013, earned by ~29% of US Financial Advisors.
Adrian is deeply passionate about educating people about their finances and gets a lot of gratification from empowering others through knowledge to make better decisions about their financial future. In his words, "money should not be a source of stress, but a peace of mind creator and a vehicle for us to have more freedom to do what we wish with our time, and take care of our loved ones". His team also has an extensive focus on creating high monthly income, reduce taxes and protect capital for the families they serve. Adrian is always happy to share tips from his 2 decades of experience in banking, investing, insurance and financial planning with anyone, regardless of financial situation or investment objectives.
Adrian resides in Long Island and is married to a very talented Printmaker/ Graphic Designer who has displayed her artwork in countless museums in over 30 countries. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, biking, listening to music and playing with his 5 year old son who he hopes to turn into a tennis sensation. Adrian has also been actively involved in a business network where he served as President from 2009 to 2011. At this organization he has met countless high caliber professionals for the past 15 years and he enjoys "connecting good people to other good people".

Vice-President
Simona Vasile
Simona helps entrepreneurs, entities, their mobile individuals and remote workers stay innovative, compliant, efficient and informed. She is a KPMG Law Tax Partner providing services related to Technology & Innovation, Emerging Technologies, Global Employer, Employee Mobility and Tax & Legal Digitalization needs. Their purpose is to add value and solve problems by making tax compliance and employee mobility seamless and through insights, integrity, innovation, collaboration, perseverance, entrepreneurship, conscious leadership and technology upskilling for all.
She is also proud to be considered a KPMG KNOW & Digital Now champion, PwC US National Chairman’s Award winner and PwC Genesis Park Programme Alumna.
Simona is a mother of two teenage girls, passionate about leadership, mentorship, and travel for cultural understanding. She is fluent in English, Romanian and basic language skills in French, Italian, Spanish, and Norwegian and has an increased awareness of cross-cultural sensitivities gained by working on 3 continents.
Simona serves as VP of RomAmPro since 2023 and also serves on the Boards of FORA Federation of Romanian American Organizations; Global Equity Organization; and Ms President US.

Treasurer
Liviu Vlaiconi CPA
Liviu has been a CPA with 14 years of tax/ accounting experience helping small businesses with financial reporting needs by leveraging intelligent technologies. He is a highly skilled business analyst and accountant with a broad range of experience supporting business operations with real time financial reporting needs.
He is also an expert at maintaining business accounting cycles, with knowledge in financial reporting, analysis, statements, and business revenues and expenses.
Liviu has served as a long standing Treasurer of RomAmPro since the beginning.

Secretary
Anca Erli
Anca is a school nurse in New Jersey and a proud mother of a 14-year-old boy. She started her career in Baia Mare and has over 20 years of experience in the health care field. Anca has been living in US since 2003. Anca joined the RomAmPro board in the spring of 2023 and believes that "Caring changes self, others, and the culture of groups/environments"- Jean Watson.

Mihaela Ungureanu
After serving as CEO and Board President for a Top 3 Romanian company, Mihaela recently relocated to the US after attaining a Green Card-EB-1A Visa for Extraordinary Ability for proven career achievements. Since arriving in the U.S., she has launched a consulting company and has the privilege to work with international and local businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-ups across various industries and in multiple countries. In doing so, she has had the opportunity to execute executive leadership, reposition companies for new-market entry; establish frameworks for sustainability; accelerate growth and profitability, and enhance the lives of business owners and employees. Mihaela is interested in connecting and sharing expertise with the community by offering informal networking advice, guidance, and introductions to contacts. One of the keys to success throughout her career has been to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships and collaboratively share her expertise in order to build strong and sustainable companies.

Board Member
Constantin Vulpescu
Constantin graduated the Academy of Economic Studies, the most prestigious business school in Romania and earned an MBA from Pace University Lubin School of Business. He has spent a decade and a half working for JPMorgan in various capacities, including Bond Analyst, Operations Manager for Pricing/ Securities Master Group, Head of Market Data Hedge Funds, Margin and Collateral Manager and most recently VP Global Head of Market Data Vendor Management. He also held a variety of roles for Barclays, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Thomson Reuters and London Stock Exchange.
Constantin resides in Westchester and is an impressive chef, maker of and wine connoisseur, bike and tennis enthusiast. One of his sons is a PHD Candidate and has made various presentations globally with a specialty in Human Genome, currently working on a major project with the Romanian Genome Institute.
Constantin served as President of RomAmPro from 2018 to 2022 in which he coordinated various cultural, business and networking events in order to advance the interests of the Romanian American community.
