Dear Friends,
The registration is open for the RomAmPro Annual Picnic in Ridgewood, NJ on August 5th.
This is a great opportunity to get together with our families, pets, and non-Romanian friends and enjoy delicious Romanian food, games, and fun activities for kids and build a stronger community.
When: Sunday, August 5th 2018 (starting 11:00 am until 7:00 PM)
Where: Saddle River County Park-Wild Duck Pond Area, 1133 E Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ 07450 (roof-covered Pavilion)
Parking: As you enter the park from Ridgewood Avenue (one way), pass by the first parking lot on the left, drive through the second parking lot and after you pass the playground on your right, you can park in the third or fourth parking lot (closest to the Pavilion) and walk towards the roof-covered Pavilion.
The Wild Duck Pond Park has a nice playground for kids, restrooms and a dog park completely fenced, near our picnic pavilion. For more information about the park, click here.
Fee: $25 per adult | $10 per child (free for children under 5)
Note: Fee covers food (Romanian appetizers, “mici”, pigs in the blanket and “salam de biscuiti” for dessert) and non-alcoholic drinks for adults and kids as well as one tombola ticket per person. You can buy additional tombola tickets for $5 each at the picnic. We will extract the winners around 1 pm.
Payment:
Pay online here (picnic fee + eventbrite charge) by July 31st.
Pay by check to “Romanian-American Professionals Network” and mail it to “327 E Ridgewood Avenue, Apt. 1B, Ridgewood, NJ 07410” by July 30th. Please confirm by sending an email to office@romampro.org by July 31st with the number of adults and kids attending and the scanned check.
Pay cash or check directly at the picnic on August 5th but the fee will be $30 per adult and $15 per child. Please confirm by sending an email to office@romampro.org by July 31st with the number of adults and kids attending.
We want to thank our picnic supporters, Sorin Lungu (owner of Creatively Yours studios in Ridgewood & Tenafly, NJ) and Dorian Neacsu & Cecilia Coman (owners of Ryan's BBQ Romanian restaurant in Lyndhurst, NJ) who are helping us with the food and gift certificates for the tombola.
