The session will be held on Friday, December 8th at 35 Fairmount Rd, Ridgewood, NJ 07450 (Upper Ridgewood Community Church) from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and will be followed by a networking event at Finca (20 E Ridgewood Ave, Ridgewood, NJ 07450) starting at 7.30 pm, where you can meet like-minded Romanian American professionals looking forward to provide further support.

Arrival Instructions / Parking: Once you arrive please proceed to the door opposite to the main entrance (closer to Hillcrest Rd.) Ample street parking available.

Participation Fee: A suggested $20 donation to RomAmPro (501(c)(3) non profit organization whose goal is to empower the Romanian American community

Guest Speaker: Andrei Costache
Andrei operates from the New Jersey center of Borderless, a global leadership and executive search consulting firm. Andrei has extensive experience leading senior-level international search assignments and have built a significant global network of executives across various functions and sectors, including Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Contract Manufacturing, Nutrition & Health, Ingredients, Flavors & Fragrances, Consumer Products, Chemicals, Packaging, Industrial Manufacturing, Technology, Private Equity and Venture Capital.
As a trusted advisor, Andrei partners closely with clients to offer strategic advice and add value to their global leadership and talent management objectives, including attracting, assessing, on-boarding, and coaching executives. Prior to joining Borderless, he worked extensively in the US and Europe in executive search and leadership development and he has served as President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) and as Vice President of AIESEC in his native Romania.
He holds a degree in Business Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. Andrei is an US and EU citizen, and speaks English, Romanian and Hebrew.
