Blue Heron Foundation
The Blue Heron Foundation, one of the largest foundations in the US diaspora focused on Romania and Moldova, hosted the second Blue Heron Salon in New York on Tuesday April 4th at 6 pm at The Players Club, near Gramercy Park.
The foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life of orphaned and abandoned children by providing them with greater access to life’s opportunities through college scholarships, a mentorship program, additional educational courses and yearly summer camps. This is an opportunity to hear not only about how to get involved financially, but also as a mentor. We are thankful to those who participated and we are encouraging our community to continue and offer their support going forward.
